Terms of Service

What you are buying, what we provide, and what each of us is responsible for.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1. What AcidCrypto is

AcidCrypto operates a proprietary trading programme. You buy access to one of its programmes — an evaluation (AcidEasy) or an account funded from the first trade (AcidInstant) — on a simulated account funded by us. You are not depositing money with us, we do not hold client funds for trading, and no order you place is executed on any exchange or regulated market. A payout you choose to keep in AcidWallets is a payout we owe you, described in section 4.

Prices come from public cryptocurrency exchanges. Orders are filled by our own matching engine against those prices, with a short execution delay and a check against the market price at the moment of the fill.

2. Your account

One person, one identity. The same login works across AcidFirm, AcidCrypto, AcidFutures and AcidWallets; opening additional identities to obtain further evaluations, bonuses or discounts is a breach of these terms and may end every account you hold.

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor device secure. Because the identity is shared, a compromised password affects every Acid market you trade.

3. The programme rules

The rules that decide whether an account passes or ends are published on this site and shown inside your dashboard and terminal. They are enforced automatically. In summary, for AcidEasy, the evaluation: a 6% profit target, a 5% maximum loss, no daily loss rule, no time limit, no minimum number of trading days, no consistency rule, 1:20 leverage and no swap. AcidInstant has no evaluation and so no profit target and no consistency limit; it carries a tighter maximum loss and a cap on total withdrawals over the life of the account, both published beside its price and shown on the account itself. Leverage, swap, the absence of a daily loss rule and the absence of a time limit are the same on both.

We may change the rules for new accounts at any time. Rules are not changed underneath an account that is already trading.

4. Payouts

A payout is performance-based compensation for meeting the published conditions. It is not a return on an investment, because there is no investment: the capital is ours and the account is simulated.

Identity verification is required before a payout is released, and payout details must be in your own name.

You choose where each payout goes: into AcidWallets (acidwallets.com), with no fee; to your own USDT (TRC20) wallet; or by bank transfer, with no fee, where it is offered to you. On an account paid for on or after 28 September 2026, 00:00 UTC — by card, in USDT or from an AcidWallets balance, including a free account issued with such a purchase, or an account that follows from one, such as the funded account you receive for passing its evaluation — a payout to your own wallet carries a 3% fee, network fee included. Accounts paid for earlier, and accounts we give you without a purchase, pay no fee. The fee is never charged on a returned evaluation fee. The payout form shows the fee and the amount you will receive before you confirm.

A payout into AcidWallets is credited when we approve it and counts as an approved payout for every purpose, including the profit split, the fee refund and the payout count. The balance is an amount we owe you, shown in US dollars — not a deposit, not insured, and it earns no interest. You can spend it on evaluations right away; withdrawing it to your own wallet is shown as “Coming soon” until we switch it on. It is governed by the AcidWallets Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Exploiting a fault in our pricing, execution or accounting rather than reporting it.
  • Trading one account on behalf of another person, or sharing account access.
  • Opening multiple identities to obtain further evaluations or bonuses.
  • Coordinating opposing positions across accounts to guarantee one of them passes.

6. Fees and refunds

The evaluation fee is charged when the account is created. Two things can bring it back to you, and both are described in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • You never started. If you have placed no trade on the account, you may ask for the fee back within 14 days of buying it.
  • You reached a third payout. The fee is added to your third approved payout and paid out with it.

Fees are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. How you can pay

By card, in USDT on the Tron network (TRC20) to the address shown at checkout, or from your AcidWallets payout balance at acidwallets.com. Each buys exactly the same thing at the same price.

A card payment can be reversed by your bank; a transfer on a blockchain cannot be reversed by anyone, including us. If you pay in USDT, send the exact amount to the exact address shown to you, on that network. Funds sent on a different network, or to an address you were not shown at checkout, are not recoverable.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we will say which rule was breached and show the evidence behind it.

9. Contact
