Four things, and nothing else: dropping below your minimum balance; being more than 0.5% of your peak balance under water across all open positions at one moment; closing a trade in under 30 seconds (20 on a free account); and holding a buy and a sell on the same symbol. There is no daily loss limit and no per-trade cap. The first breach of the last three pauses the account — open positions closed, an email with the exact numbers, and you switch it back on yourself — and hedging gives you a grace period and a warning before that. Balance and equity update continuously while the market is open, and your progress recalculates as trades close — a short lag after a busy minute is normal. There is no calendar window: build them at your own pace, then request a payout any time the account is in net profit. You keep 50% on payouts 1–3 and 70% from the 4th, which also refunds your evaluation fee. From payout #2, every payout adds +10% to your balance, scaling up to $400,000.
