Before you open a position on an account, you read that account's rules and sign them. Every account does this — bought, granted by our team, free, prizes and tournament seats alike.
Why we ask
It is the written record that you knew, before your first trade, exactly what pauses the account and what ends it. If anything is ever disputed, that record protects you as much as it protects us — nobody can later claim the rules were different from what you signed.
What it says
The agreement is written for one account, with that account's own numbers:
- its rules — max loss, risk at one moment, consistency, minimum hold, hedging — with the values that apply to it (a free account shows its own limits);
- what happens on a breach: a first breach of a rule pauses the account and you are warned, a second breach of the same rule ends it, and reaching the max loss ends it at once;
- what you paid — or, for a free account, how you got it — and the refund terms that apply.
How to sign
- Open the account in your dashboard and press Read & sign on the notice. (If you try to trade first, the terminal tells you and sends you to the dashboard.)
- Read the agreement. Type your full legal name — the one you registered with.
- Draw your signature and tick I agree.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
No authenticator yet? Turn 2FA on right there: scan the QR code, and the same code switches 2FA on and confirms your signature. Save the recovery codes it shows you. If you use AcidWallets, turning 2FA on pauses withdrawals from it for 24 hours. → Two-factor authentication
The code
- Only your authenticator app confirms a signature. Email codes and recovery codes are not accepted here — a recovery code is for getting back into your account, not for signing in your name.
- Each code works once. If one is refused as already used, wait for the next one.
- After 5 wrong codes, signing is locked for 15 minutes. Nothing else on your account is affected.
Until it is signed
- New orders are refused on that account.
- Closing and modifying open positions always works. An account that was already trading when this started keeps managing what it holds and signs before its next new position.
One signature per account you got
The phase-2 and funded accounts issued from an account are covered by its signature — you do not sign three times. A funded account also has its own short Funded Trader Agreement.
Your copy
The same page shows your signed agreement afterwards, and you can download it as a PDF at any time. We keep it with your name, signature, the time, your IP address, your device and the code confirmation — and the record of everything that happened on the account afterwards.
Signed before 6 October 2026, before the code was asked for? Your signature stays valid. There is nothing to redo.
